It is important to not be so closed off that you don’t need people. However, the best way to live is to have expectations from God, not people. No one can do it, perfectly. I think there are very few things we can do, perfectly. Life, itself, is imperfect by its nature. Perhaps, the chaos inherent to life is what draws us to God.
