I have, recently gained five pounds. I wondered why when I eat raw food. I found the answer. I started skipping breakfast. When I did not eat breakfast, I was ravenous and stayed that way, throughout the day. Even if you do not want breakfast, eat a small, healthy one. Since, I started eating breakfast again, the few pounds are coming off and I am not hungry throughout the whole day. I suggest a raw foods breakfast, but if you cannot do this, a healthy breakfast will do.
