I am an earth void. I think this is the easiest one. I do have a hard time figuring out the practical matters in life. I don’t care or notice if I am using a broken pan with no handle or if any dishes match. I have some dishes from a set I got 25 years ago. They are mixed with some I got at Wal Mart and others I ordered at Amazon. It is a hodge podge that would make Martha Stewart cringe.I don’t notice if the tag is still on the new sofa years later
I think the void MUST bask in the element. Since I have been spending hours in my garden every day, I feel much more centered. I feel stronger and more confident. The void person must find a way to add that element from outside. I am writing this article because I found this to be the case, so strongly.
To me, the hardest void, by far, is the water void. They seem to be missing a piece of what it means to be human. I am going to get a lot of flak for saying this but I have to call them as I see them. We, humans, communicate through the heart, which is the emotions. It is the language of humans as is one’s regional language the language of it’s people. Hence, the water void stands apart from others, to some degree.They live in a world of their own with it’s own language which does not quite fit with that of others.
Of course, a water void is not an alien. I am not saying that but I think there is some essential piece missing which may be called soul or may be called heart. If it is not missing, it is different. I am reluctant to write this because of many water void people for whom I care. However, I do have to call them as I see them for my own integrity, as well as to teach. Many people will not call things as they are for fear of offending one group or another. Hence, nothing is ever really learned. That is a crime to me. My 9th house stellium of 4 personal planets compels me teach in a way I feel is true and authentic.
The water void has some lacking of empathy. The subject of empathy is speaking to me lately. I have a family member with little empathy. Empathy is the true language of the soul. Animals have it. Humans have it. The water void has some aberration in it. I think I can say that and leave it at that. If you encounter a person who seems like he does not quite “get it”, he may be a water void. The “getting it” may be jokes or subtle messages. They do not seem to deal with shades of meaning well. Shades of meaning are emotionally based. Hence, the water void may miss what we call subtext. Subtext is what exists under the surface. Most communication happens under the surface. Hence, a water void may appear clueless at things that others take for granted.
The Fire Void is a hard Void. This Voids tends to get depressed. Fire is joy. Fire is confidence. Fire is get up and go. This void has none of these. Hence, it must generate an energy that others take for granted. It must generate the energy which is the passion for life.
The Air Void is a hard void, too. It is too sensitive to slights. It takes things too personally. It cannot detach well. Air is detachment. Air is logic and reason. Air can pull back and assess a situation. The Air Void is lacking in this. Hence, he may feel attacked all the time. He may feel under assault. He may feel impinged upon by others, simply because he has no space within himself with which to pull back.
This is not an exhaustive study of the voids. However, when one does charts, one needs to check for voids in order to really understand the native. I hope I have called attention to that.
Earth voids are super ambitious, babe.

I am ambitious in my own way, RC. When I set a goal, I have great discipline. I pride myself on going the extra mile. My grandmother, who was a doctor, told me that anyone can do the easy things but it takes a special person to do the hard things, so I try to do the hard things.
Hi, I think that an earth void would lack practicality, BUT could be very ambitious, in that someone with a lot of earth, like I have, would be too practical to take the chances to realize their ambition.(Weighing too many pros and cons) Something I do know, though, is that I have LOW fire in my chart and have not lived up to my potential because of fairly low ambition. I believe the hardest void could be variable, depending on the wants of each individual.(i.e., if someone wants to succeed and lacks the push to do so, a low fire would be their Achilles heel) I have put my 2 pennies in, btw, here in Canada, we not longer have them.(pennies)
LOL about pennies. To me, the people who don’t like me( and vice-versa) seem to be low water or water voids. If I am having a problem with a person, I can almost be sure, there is a water void. The malignant Narcissist I talk about won’t show anyone her chart but I bet she is a water void. They seem to resent my being so emotional lol.
I have known people who just can’t show, feel or understand any emotion. In the workplace they can be cold and hard and have no conscience about having someone fired, or doing the firing themselves. I have come in contact with one, and no one could stand up to her. And she was only a teenager. The one other was a boss who was so harsh and she didn’t have any human feelings for the gentler staff (me being one). But, I am not so sure that it’s resentment or whether it is a lack of understanding about something that they will never have. (or secretly wish they could have). A void = nothing.
Come to think of it, I would hate to be like that. I am beginning to believe that the water void is the worst. Hopefully it’s not too common.
Yep, I think the water void is jealous of an emotionally expressive person. My cancer moon is conj my MC, exact, so I show my emotions. I do think jealousy is a big reason for the actions of these people, Lesley. Great point!
Yes, jealousy is a strong, very destructive emotion. It is amongst the worst. It can eat away at someone and is not expressed in a very nice way.

I have a nice mixture of elements in my chart. I have only ONE sign
in earth, but it’s the most important-my Sun sign in Tauras, fixed earth.
I have signs in EVERY element, but no one element dominates.
I also, have the SPLAY configeration in my chart. A roughly equal number of
planets are in the Northern and Southern zones. This should make for a
socially adroit, well rounded person. It doesn’t unfortunately because of
Pluto in the 1st, opposed to Mars in the 7th. These two powerful planets
OVERRIDE everything else in my chart!
It’s only by the Grace of God that a terrible tragety hasn’t struck-yet!
I am an almost air void and there are times that I DO find it very difficult to detach. I find myself putting most people at a distance for fear of getting attached and then getting hurt. I am an outgoing, warm person but I hold back when I meet new people. Due to this, most people think I am super serious and sometimes they think I am cold and unfriendly(Cappy ASC) Once I know someone and I like them I have this tendency to become attached. There are only a few select people I haven’t held back from the first time I met them and one of those people is my boyfriend. One strange thing about me is I have this strong urge to prove my intelligence to other people; not that I am arrogant or proud but I have been this way for a very long time.

I think the Air or Fire Void would have it worst.I think the Water Void has the easiest time.I think people with Water Voids behave very selfishly sometimes its like they have a LICENSE TO BE INHUMANE lol.
I have an Air Void which makes it hard to express myself.It does help me notice how callous some people can be with the words they use like weapons to inflict pain and misery onto others.I also think other people have a tendency to ignore people who are Air Void or treat us like our words or thoughts have no meaning or value.I hate the way we are always accused of being to sensitive.We can’t be wrong every single time.
I think that Air Signs or people with lots of Air seem to be able to get away with murder.They seem to get away with it because they are charming,cunning and intelligent.

Nobody can accept Christ unless the Holy Spirit taps them on the shoulder and
reveals the importance of Christ. You can’t get it from the religion you were born
into. Religion is “cunningly devised fairy tales” about Christ. Following religion
doesn’t make you “Born Again.” Religion is “same old same old.” The formally
religious man is a miserable hatefull man. That’s why he P-R-A-Y-S on Sunday,
and P-R-E-Y-S on Monday. Only one in a million knows this.
The run-of-the-mill-person WORSHIPS the “gods” of POWER (Whatever form it
takes) and SEX. Sex means DIFFERENT things to man and woman (Unless the
woman is a sociopath) There’s a saying, to engage in sex a man needs a PLACE,
and a woman needs a reason. Men give a woman “love” in order to get sex.
Women trade sex for “love.” That’s the way it’s been since the dawn of history, and
it will be that way until Christ returns.
Men, as a rule are more voilent then women, (Again, unless the woman is a
sociopath.) When a sociopathic man and woman team up together, like Bill
and Hillary Clinton the result is a DISASTER involving the deaths of THOUSANDS.
For example, the DAY BEFORE the Oklahoma city boombing President Clinton
gave a press confrence saying: “I am relevant! I DO matter!” Then, the next day,
there WAS a missive explosion in O.K. It was immeadiately blamed on “right-wing”
malitas (There was no such thing) Talk Radio, (Who was critical of Clinton) and
“Angry white males.” President Clinton’s fortunes soared after that, and he never
looked back.
But President Clinton-and the media that supported him-was SATAN INCARNATE.
Clinton left a lot of dead bodies both BEFORE AND AFTER he became president.
He was the text book sociopath. He had a long history of raping, robbing AND
KILLING. His crimes would fill an encyolpedia. His lovely wife, Hillary, (Who is going
to be the next president) knew-and even assisted-in his crimes. She ALWAYS
wanted to be president and hitched her wagon to his star years ago, They had a
compact of sorts. She’d let him have his “fun.” (She had her “fun” too.) And they
would be married in name only.
But much of Clinton’s evil leaked out. There were SOME few Christians after all.
And the filthy degenerate Clinton couldn’t mend his ways. Whenever Clinton
would get into “trouble,” the bombs would start flying. This was a distraction to
save his own wicked skin, so he could remain in office. With the help of the Media
he was sucessful. He was only the second U.S. president to be impeached. A
horrible disgrace, but ignored by the media. “Up is down, North is South and
East is West.” What’s the big fuss? It was only about his “private sex life.” After
all, EVERYBODY does it, don’t they?
But Clinton ticked off the wrong person. He lobbed an errant cruise missile at
Osma Ben Ladden’s H.Q.’s in Afganastan. He shook up the wrong hornet’s nest.
Ben Ladden said, “I will strike back with DEEDS NOT WORDS.”
Terroists tried to take down the World Trade Center in 1992 when Clinton first
took office. He could have gotten Bin Ladden then. He made no effort at all to get
him. So we were treated to 8 yrs. of various scandels, all covered up by the media.
Thanks to the media, Clinton is remembered as one of the greatest presidents
ever.
Bin ladden had 9 yrs to plan his attacks. I knew it would happen and told many
people, but they were more interested in sex.
