Having been abused, I thought I was the bad one. This sets one up for abuse from others because one assumes the “bad one” stance. One does not know it. One lives it. Herein lies the rub. One cannot change what one does not see. One cannot change what one cannot face. It is through no fault of one’s own. It is programming and programming is laid down with a foundation of bricks. This is the case because one’s heart would break if one saw the truth of how one was unloved, used and abused.
