I met a charming Moon in Cancer, yesterday, who joined my FB family. He liked my article on Venus in Scorpio, as it was his Venus. He wanted to learn about his Mars, so here it is.
Mars in Scorpio is a Mars who know his moves. He take his moves, seriously. He is the ultimate player, whatever form play takes. Mars likes Scorpio, as it fits Mars’ need for direct action and movement. Taurus is the opposite sign to Scorpio. Mars in Scorpio is in its home or Domicile. The opposite sign is the Detriment.Mars in Taurus in in the Detriment. The Detriment is a hard position for any planet. It is like wearing a pair of shoes that are too small, or too big. Each planet has an action, a pursuit, one could say. Mars is THE planet of literal action, drive, and aggression. One’s sexual passion can be seen by one’s Mars, too, as passion is sexual drive. Mars rules all drives. Mars does not like Taurus or Libra. Mars in Libra is in it’s Fall. Mars likes Aries, the sign opposite Libra, as Aries takes action. It is a go-getter Mars. Libra is a thinker. Mars in Libra thinks , while action passes him by.
Back to Mars in Taurus. Mars in Taurus is a careful planner. He does not over think, as does Libra. He is more of a stubborn soul.Picture a man in a comfy arm chair with his remote. Does he REALLY want to get up and change the channel? No, he feels happy with his creature comforts. He likes things the way they are, and the way they have been. This is the reason Mars is in it’s detriment in Taurus. It simply does not want to move unless someone lights a fire under it’s proverbial rear end. Get up from that chair and change the channel, Mr Bull.
PS Lest Cody think I am ragging on him. I have Mars in Cancer, which is the Fall. Mars in Taurus may not want to change the channel, but Mars in Cancer is hiding under the bed.
