10 Astrological Aspects in the Chart of an Abuser

These are some that are red flags for me. Will the man abuse? Maybe. Maybe not. I don’t know but these aspects seem to be in the charts of men who have.

1. Moon sq Mars

This man separates his emotions from his passions. This is not good because he can build up his emotions and explode. This man separates his feminine side from his masculine one. This is the aspect for the Madonna/Whore complex. He may see women in a black and white way, as this complex suggests. He may not like his feminine side or woman.

2. Algol conj the ASC

This aspect gets bad press because it is a bad aspect. It is seen in the charts of many serial killers. It is the impetus to do evil. Does one have to do evil? No. However , people with Algol conjunct the ASC probably have more urges than the average bear.

3. Nessus, the asteroid of the abuser, conjunct the ASC, Sun, Moon, Mars, Venus or North Node.

Any of these would make me pull back and reevaluate the person. Is this fair? I suppose not but real life is real life.

4. Pluto conjunct the ASC or in the 1st house.

This is not an aspect for abuse but one for power. The power could be that of a great leader. However, if abuse aspects are with it, I would watch out.

5. A Cardinal ASC.

The Cardinal ASC is known to be a stronger person. This does not show abuse but strength. If it is combined with aspects for abuse, I would watch out.

6. Unaspected Pluto.

This person is fated to learn about power. He must do it on his own, as is the case for all Unaspected Planets. Has be become a Saint or a Sinner? That remains to be seen but I would watch out.

7. Unaspected Jupiter

This placement makes for a person who must decide the extent of his own conscience. This is a very important matter. Will he form a strong conscience or choose to not have one, at all. I would watch out.

8. A Full 5th House

This would be an aspect for a player. If you marry him and he still plays, that is abuse. I would watch a full 5th House.

9. Pluto conjunct Saturn

This is known as a cruelty aspect.

10. Mars square Pluto

This can be a violent temper.

I really like these little tidbit (list) posts. I’m hooked. 😀

Well I have #4 and #5 above going on…but none of the other scaries, thankfully.
However, from the last post (the victim aspect list) I have Dejanira conjunct Child by just under 3 degrees, and Dejanira conjunct moon by just over 5 degrees. >_< (Does this count? Or are those not close enough?) But, I feel really pretty sure that I was not ever sexually abused. I also have a weak Mars and a 12th House moon.

I wonder, is it my Pluto & cardinal ASC that saved me, in this mix?

I do not feel like an extraordinarily powerful person, in fact I feel afraid and intimidated a good deal of the time…however, I am able to assertively stand up for myself, and even more so, others–when I need to. Also some in my life see me as fairly bold or brave, even though I don't get that. xD lol

Aww What a great post, Ferry. I am glad you are hooked on the tidbits. That gets me cranking to do more 😀

Well, 5 degrees is too wide for an asteroid so Deja conj the Moon is out, thankfully. Deja conj Child has been abused, in my experience. 3 degrees is wide, maybe it is too wide. Were you emotionally abused? Deja conjunct Child is MUCH less of an abuse aspect than Deja conjunct Moon in which I have always seen sexual abuse.

Deja conj Child may not have the level of sexual abuse . However, I would think there would be emotional abuse. Did you have that?

I think your Pluto and Cardinal ASC helped to mitigate the victim aspects. It does work that way and I am glad they did!

(I really have to add that the standing up for myself/assertiveness was an actively learned trait, which I decided to procure for myself. I observed good examples of others and/or read books on how to be assertive w/out being aggressive or being a bully, and gradually started putting them to use through practice.)

The opposition is not as locked in as the square because the person yin/yangs onto opposite poles, so it is not as hard core, one could say. The square is a locked in aspect to me that won’t chnage barring a true miracle from God lol
