The asteroid Kaali is our Kundalini energy. If Kaali touches an asteroid or a planet, it is as if we are wedded. I am thinking that Kaali is one of the most significant asteroids in the chart, if it conjuncts something. Think of your own energy. It is so close to you, closer than any part of you. It is your essence. I do Kundalini yoga. It is very powerful. It is said to be able to heal disease, as disease cannot live in the presence of oxygen. The Kundalini breath infuses one with oxygen. At any rate, one’s Kundalini energy is very influential and very primal. If it were to be linked to an asteroid such as Chiron, which is the wound which never heals, you can imagine the burden a person would carry. If it were conjunct Pluto, the person would be powerful. If conjunct Nessus, the person would want to abuse. He may not, actually, abuse, but it would be a very hard struggle. If it were conjunct Lilith, the persons raw sexuality would be worn more on the outside, than the inside. You can take any asteroid or planet and amp up the wattage of it 1000%. That is what the person with Kaali conjunct that planet or asteroid would feel, in my opinion.
I have Kaali squre Chiron and Uranus (which are in opposition to each other.) How would Kaali work in synastry, and what could be said of someone who has Kaali and Siva conjunct natally? Thank you!

First of all, I would need to know how close the squares and oppositions are. I am not familiar with Siva, also. There are over 2000 asteroids, so leaning about them is a work in progress! In synastry, Kaali can be very powerful. What happens will depend on what Kaali touches, as Kaali is one’s basic Kunalini(life force) energy. As such, if Kaali touches Chiron( the planet of pain), it would be one thing. If Kaali touches Jupiter(the planet of optimism) it would be quite another. Synastry can be worked out by using the concept of one person’s Kundalni energy touching another person’s planet or asteroid. You would need to blend the two planetary bodies to find your answer.
My Kaali conjuncts my Moon, Midheavan and Part of fortune. Are you saying it would amplify my characteristics/situations for the better?
And in synastry how would Kaali effect the Jupiter person? Is the Kaali person a postive figure in the planetary persons life?
Your Kaali/ Moon/MC conj would be such that you would show your emotions to the world BUT you would pull in a lot of energy from society and career. You could not help the bombarding of energy that happens to you. Is this true? Please, explain and I will go on.
I do show my emotions as in you can tell if i’m happy or sad, i never put on a front. What you see is what you get. I’m not sure what you mean by pulling energy from society and career?

Just learned about this asteroid. I have Kaali in Cancer exactly conjunct my Ascendant and conjunct Chiron by 1 degree in the 12th house. Being around a bunch of people leaves me feeling drained and tired, sometimes anxious. Could this be why?

Hi Leah. Yes, Kaali is your Kundalini energy. This is the energy on which acupuncture works. It is the basic energy system in a human being. So, I would look at the conjunction first, as the conj is always the strongest aspect. You have a deep Uranus energy. You are very unique, probably rebellious, probably “different” and perhaps super high strung to the point where you feel you are going crazy. Uranus energy is electric and also jarring. The Mars person will really put their drive and passion into the Kaali person who will not be able to move away from it, for better or worse. Mars trine the ASC would give positive drive and passion to the ASC person.

I’ve just learned about kaali quite recently. his kaali is 3 orb away from our venus-chiron exact conjunction.(I am reminded of my own childhood wound fairly quickly after we met.) being kaali and chiron, what kind of energy does he get from venus? does it often means that he’s attracted to me more or vise versa?

Yup, it’s exact. This in addition to my kaali square his sun, trine his moon, and semi-sextile his ascendant, while his kaali is sextile my mercury, and quintile my ascendant. All the aspects are exact.

I have Kaali conjunct Neptune in my 10th house. They are also conjuct MC with an orb of 4 degrees… as well as forming a trine to my moon/saturn conjuction in Leo 7th house.
I am still wondering about my way in life as I alway do, but i know the energy you talk about and I really long to find the right way of channeling it. I hopefully are on the way being a Dance/Movement therapist, but actually I feel that there is more steps to take that includes spirituality and transformation, but it is so hard to fint the way.. I can sense it has something to do with the deep feminine. I guess only trying makes it clearer.. but do you have any advice?

Thank you, Kristin. I think the most significant part is what conjuncts the MC. If it is Neptune, you will bring creative and spiritual issues to the world. Dance therapy is perfect. How close is Kaali to the MC? If an asteroid is more than 3 degrees, I would not count it too much.

Kaali is 4 degrees away from my MC, Neptune 3 degrees so that means that it is not conjunct MC then.. Kaali has a sextile to pluto with an orb of 1.. but is it so that asteroids only count when in conjunction?

It depends on the degree of detail a person wants and if the person really wants to discuss all parts of the chart as part of counseling, which I do. This is 400 and takes 3-4 days.
For a simple report with just a few questions on the natal with asteroids, it is 100–150, depending on how many asteroids a person wants. If it is all 200 or more, it would be 150. If it would be the selected most important ones, it would be 100.
