I suppose that Astrology’s never ending fascination, to me, is that it shows the order of the Universe. It shows that there is something bigger than we and it t shows that although we are small specks, we matter. Our Creator made us with attention to the smallest detail. The Bible says that every hair on our head is numbered. The chart shows this to be true and that our history is written in the charts. Lets’ see how that happens.
THE SUN
One’s relationship with one’s father can be seen by aspects to the Sun. I have a good relationship with my father. I have Neptune trine the Sun and Pluto sextile the Sun. Let’s see how various planets play out with the Sun to show one’s relationship with one’s father.
Chiron Conjunct, Oppose, Square or Quincunx the Sun
In this case, there is deep pain with the father. The aspects must be close, not more than 5 degrees. The native would say that his father was, probably, the biggest source of his pain
Saturn Conjunct, Oppose, Square or Quincunx the Sun
In this case, the father was stern. The result was a taking away of the self esteem of the native. A deep self doubt is, often, instilled from the demands of a father who may never have been able to be satisfied.
Sun conjunct, Trine or Sextile Jupiter
In this case, the father was a source of joy. The native developed an optimism and a can-do attitude as a result of his relationship with his father.
Sun conjunct Neptune
This native may have addiction issues. His relationship with his father may have been a cause for his pain which he medicates with addictions.
Sun Conjunct Uranus
This native may have had a father who was unstable. The naive is, often, brilliant, but finds it hard to settle down into a life of conventionality and commitment.
If you like this article, I will make a series.
How would you describe Sun quintile Jupiter? Would love to see more!
This would be a lot of talent that could be expressed in career or just as a person. The houses would show the areas of life in which it would come through. This aspect has to be super close to. What are the Houses, M?
It is…less than a degree. My Sun is in Aries in the 8th, Jupiter is in Gemini in the 10th.
Sun quintile Jupiter would be talent in the houses involved so you have Jupiter in the House of career so you will be blessed and lucky in your career. You may bring 8th house subjects to your career like deep emotions such as in the career of a therapist or sexuality such as the career of a sex therapist or a writer etc. You would combine the houses and the planets to find your talent, M.
Sun conjunct Uranus.
Mars square Saturn?
How close, K?
If close, Mars square Saturn may make you insecure about going after your goals cuz you feel you have to be perfect.
Sun/Uranus makes commitment really scary and the person needs lots of change. not like stuck in an office but the person is brilliant.
