Many woman struggle with weight. In the past, I struggled to keep my weight down. I was obsessed with my weight, as many woman are.
I have learned some things that allow me to stay thin, effortlessly. If you have bad habits such as too much sugar, bad habits can be broken in 3 weeks. Once you break them, you do not miss the item, unless you start the habit again, in my experience. I do not have refined sugar and do not miss it.. Raw foods has many wonderful desserts such as raw chocolate sauce. Raw foods and juices satisfy the body, so cravings go away, in my experience. You do not binge eat because this is, often, a result of the body’s craving of nutrients. The 75 % raw diet keeps my weight at a nice level without having to diet.
