Kundalini Yoga is one of the most joyful things you can do for your body. If you want to a natural high, consider Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga focuses on the breath. The breath is very important for a healthy, vibrant body. Many people are shallow breathers. In my experience, if people did the Kundalini Dog Pant breath for a few minutes a day, their energy would dramatically increase. I would suggest working it up to at least 15 minutes a day. I talk about the Dog Pant Breath in another journal entry. One of my Kundalini Yoga books says that all disease can be cured with Kundalini Yoga. The author has a Yoga school. She says she has seen AIDs cured. The person with AIDS, also, went to a natural doctor who used natural health modalities.
I love to put on my favorite music and do Yoga. I try to do an hour a day, five times a week. I can do the Dog Pant breath for 15 minutes.I worked this up over several months Start slowly, please.
