Neptune/Venus in synastry is known as a danger aspect. It is known as the aspect that makes one see the prince when it is,in fact, the loathsome frog. All may be well and good until one marries the prince and wakes up to the loathsome frog two children later. Life is not simple, the more steps we take in it’s progression.
All this to say, watch out for Neptune. Neptune drives one so crazy with it’s fog that one may pull one’s hair out just to be able to SEE without the fog, the never ending fog, enveloping one such that one could scream and scream for it to lift. One will wish and pray would lift but it won’t. It won’t lift unless one gives one’s blood, drained as in days of old when it was thought that all diseases lived in the blood. If the blood could only be drained, the person would be redeemed, saved. However, with Neptune, he won’t let you go. His power is his miasma. One can’t see through it, so one is rendered impotent.
This is my Neptune story where I am the Neptune. The other person is the Moon/Sado. I have spent my whole life trying to tear down the fog with every ounce of strength. However, it seems to rise to cover me, again and again. Will it lift a bit over time and with Herculean effort? YES. However, watch out for Neptune in synastry in your own lives. That is the point of this article.
I have met Neptune. With Venus, Mars and Jupiter Pisces. The Venus and Mars in Quincunx with Neptune and Pluto. Oh my! My Neptune is wide trine (?) to My Sun and Mercury Aquarius. I know Pluto, too. Pluto IS sextile Neptune but opposite the Sun and Mercury Aquarius AND Ascendant Scorpio.
Welcome LaDonna. The trines work differently. They are a more positive aspect of Neptune.
What are the hard aspects here?
With my current partner, there are no hits between Neptune and Venus.
But we have Neptune CONJ Neptune.
Nep con Nep is just being born in the same Nep generation. All people born at that time period have it , Moonie.

My Neptune and Eros are conjunct NN and Sun of my partner, also square his Uranus. How will this play out?
I have heard that Nep conj the NN can play out badly but I don’t really know. Why don’t you Google it and see what you can find. I don’t really understand how the Uranus fits in there. Please, explain more and add the orbs xx
I have a long thought about it and I can only speak for myself. I think I bring a lot of spirituality in the relationship. I often explain why things happen in life through astrology and tarot. Maybe I feel like I have to explain it to him, wanting to save him, also a Neptune attribute. He often doesn´t like this and also doesnot quite believe in spirituality, but still he is doubting. Also a Nept attribute; he thinks i am deceiving. He has the idea I tell all that in favor of myself.Then he opposes and seeks his freedom (square Uranus). The orbs are less than 1 degree.
Of course my Nept is also opposing his SN. In addition his POF and my Sun and Mercury are conjunct his SN. I have Sun and Mercury in the 9th house. I think my insights give him the feeling that I fantasize? But somehow he likes it.

Well, many of my insights are from my chart, my synastry with people and my client’s charts. I look for patterns and when they repeat again and again, I write about them. Neptune is one pattern I have seen clearly, recently. Neptune FOGS. Neptune makes a gauze around what it touches. In synastry, if it touches something like sado( sadism) conjunct the Moon, the Neptune person won’t be able to see it. Hence, the Neptune person may keep getting abused on and on and on by the sado person. The Neptune person, literally, cannot SEE. That is the nature of Neptune and what makes it dangerous, imo, Amp.
Actually, Amp, I am trying to figure out who is the victim person. For me, in this case, *I* was. However, I am not ready to make a theory about it, so to speak lol
Amp, I have not watched TV for six years, since I started Astrology, and have not seen many movies, so am not up on the stars like Gwyneth. I am really out of the loop lol
I don’t know the stars but I do know that I was the Venus and he was the Neptune opposition *cough*. I could not see him for sure. I thought he was the proverbial prince. For his part, I don’t know but, I, as the Venus could not see the Neptune. Was the Neptune trying to deceive me on purpose? Was he deceived himself? Probably.
I don’t know about her because I don’t really follow the stars, Amp.

Who does this sound like
I can also read people’s emotions and what they want to hear and/or are looking for very easily. If someone comes to me seeking advice on a relationship, or even just self worth because they are having a hard time I can almost always make them feel better. I’m not sure if I do this to keep them around, or because I care about them. The flip side to this is if someone upsets me, I can find the exact way to inflict as much emotional pain on them as I feel necessary, without feeling remorse. I’ve almost never apologized, and when I do I don’t mean it and just do it because I have to to get something or to stop someone from nagging me.
I have never in my life been able to feel bad for someone else that I know of, or feel proud of them. I currently have a girlfriend who I love, but I don’t know if I love her because of who she is or what she can provide me. I try to think of the answer and I feel like it’s all just a calculation, even though I know I would be hurt if she broke up with me. I constantly am in arguments with my parents and don’t really have anyone I would consider a friend like the definition. The only time I really talk to a “friend” is if I need something, or I’m bored trying to pass the time. I can steal from anyone, whether it be a neighbor, my parents, a friend, or a stranger and honestly feel no guilt or remorse, unless I am caught.
I was talking about the Venus and Mars Pisces being quincunx both Neptune and Pluto. But the aspects, also, involve wide trines and sextiles. I was thinking the quincunx was a difficult aspect. It makes up a Yod that points to the Venus, Mars Pisces conjunction. North Node and Part of Spirit are in Pisces, also, conjunct the Venus and Mars!!!!!!!! Can you give me any thoughts on that??? Curious!
That is a lot of info in text. Seeing the chart is a lot easier. I will explain the quincunx a bit. It is an aspect which demands that one pulls it all together and makes separate things become a whole new thing. I have articles on it and Yod Forum. See if you can put the charts up. The point planet in the one which will take the action of the 2 quincunx legs. It is Venus and the answer to the quincunx is love. If you want me to look and give you a better idea, please post the chart, my Friend! xx

You have a lovely Neptune. You have what I have, some lovely trines. You prolly have a great imagination and are very creative. The quincunx to venus may make you see the prince when it is a frog BUT the nature of the quincunx is that you CAN transform it and are not stuck!

Yes, now I’m finally figuring out what was wrong with the synastry…
A such strong neptune/uranus/venus also in everywhere in the synastry chart.
His neptune conjuct my venus (3a) also conjuct my uranus (3s), trine my NN (-4a), square my AC (5s) and conjuct my MC (5s)… these just the conjuctions of netuno, there are more aspects…
But i think these aspects put so much expectation and ilussion into the relationship.
Nep conj Venus–VERY hard to see the person for both people. I hate Neptune when it fogs reality. I have it with someone and it has been the bane of my life that i can’t seem to see clearly
I just see now how much we both saw each other in the wrong way, no because we are evil, but because we was too high in our dreams that we couldn’t see the human being, just the fantasy from our minds projected on each other.
So, some troubles happened and we got too much disappointed to continue…. Both hurt.
