The MC is the highest of the four angles in the chart. The angles are points which show how we react to the world (the ASC and MC), our choice in partners (DCS) and the tone of our early childhood (IC). If another person touches our angles, he feels familiar.
The MC shows one’s public face. One’s public face can be totally different than one’s private face, and is the case, often. The MC is opposite the IC, which shows the tone and feeling of our childhood home. It is interesting that one goes from one extreme to the other i.e. that there are opposite signs, here. Perhaps, that goes along with the saying that children want to be opposite their parents. I don’t know. It is just an interesting thought that hit me.
